Excel for Hospitality & Consulting LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the LBW Inventory desktop application (“the Application”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it.
2.Information We Collect
- Full name and email address provided during software activation
- License key and hardware identifier used to validate your software license
- Payment information processed through Stripe (we do not store card numbers directly)
- Basic usage data transmitted to our backend for license heartbeat and validation
3.How We Use Your Information
- To activate and validate your LBW Inventory software license
- To process payments for product keys and seat keys via Stripe
- To deliver your license key by email after successful payment
- To provide customer support when you contact us
4.Data Storage
Your data is stored securely on Railway-hosted infrastructure. Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties except as required to deliver our services (Stripe for payments, Resend for transactional email).
5.Hardware Identification
The Application collects a hardware identifier from your device solely for the purpose of license validation and preventing unauthorized use on multiple machines.
6.Data Retention
Your account and license data is retained for the duration of your license and for up to 3 years afterward for billing and support records.
7.Your Rights
You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. We will fulfill requests within 30 days.
