Blood and Sand
1 oz Bourbon or Rye
1 oz Cherry Liquor
1 oz Sweet Vermouth
1 oz fresh orange juice
orange peel
combine ingredients into shaker can with ice. express orange peel in snifter glass and char orange peel with a bar torch toss into the glass. shake and strain into the snifter glass.
Old Fashioned
2 oz Bourbon or Rye
.5 oz simple syrup
3 dash angostura bitters
splash club soda
orange peel
combine ingredients into a rocks glass, top with loose ice or ice sphere, stir with a bar spoon, express orange peel, garnish with the same peel. luxardo cherry optional.
Whiskey Sour
2 oz Bourbon
.75 oz simple syrup
.75 oz fresh lime juice
1 egg white
combine ingredients into a shaker can with ice, shake and strain into an empty shaker can set. shake vigorously and pour into a coup glass. garnish with 3 drops of bitters, swirl with fruit pic. luxardo cherry optional.
